At the Law Offices of Kathleen P. Clack, we focus on protecting and defending the rights of property owners who face legal and regulatory challenges, or who seek collaborative solutions to environmental concerns. We also represent clients in a broad range of business, employment, contract and transactional law matters.
Ms. Clack has practiced law since 1998, and has always made environmental law a significant component of her work. As a native of the San Joaquin Valley who grew up in a family with a strong agricultural background, she is an attorney who knows firsthand the financial impact that environmental laws and regulatory overreach can have on a family farm.
Before earning her law degree at the Monterey College of Law, Ms. Clack earned a master's degree in business administration from California State University at Fresno. Her business background provides her a firm understanding of the legal issues that businesses face. She is a trusted counselor in wide range of legal matters for businesses both in and outside of agriculture.
The firm serves individuals, businesses and government clients throughout California, particularly in the major agricultural regions of the San Joaquin Valley, the Imperial Valley and the Central Valley. In federal environmental law cases, we represent clients across the nation.
